Did a low and slow for 32 lbs of pork butt a couple of days ago. Filled with Rockwood and scattered a few hickory and apple chunks throughout. Lit the lump at 6:00 and put the meat on at 8:30. Took the last butt off 23 hours later.

Still enough lump left for a one 1 1/2 hour burn at 550. Rockwood friggin rocks!

Oh, temp was mostly in the 250 range except the last hour or so when it was bumped to 300.

I agree, I smoked some ribs with Rockwood and the thing was still full the next day.

+1 -  I'm about half way thru my first bag of Rockwood. I feel like it's never going to end. I've got 2 bags of Ozark I want to try too.

I just wish I could find Rockwood locally. I don't really want to order $100 worth to get free shipping.
