Finally bought an AR

Had a really good week at work so I finally treated myself to an AR with all the trim. I'm looking forward to hanging sausage links off the top ring ... Getting my pizza and chicken a little higher in the dome.... Going to be good

After cooking on an AR with the Extender and sliding D rack for over 2 years., I don't really think I'd like to cook without it. Lots and lots of different set up's possible. You can do just about anything you can think of. I have taken to using an enameled cast iron pan filled with potatoes and other root veggies as a diffuser with benefits, sitting what ever I am cooking on a grate above the pan. Have fun and enjoy your new rack.

I have the AR and love it. With the woo2 on my XL I can cook a lot of food. A couple of weeks ago I cooked 2 whole chicken with 6 corn on the cobs ( still in husk) 6 baked potatoes a foil pack squash and one with zucchini. A big meal with leftovers for 6 people without heating up the house.2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer,express smoker and 40" smoking cajun
