Burgers, Corn & Veggies, Ah, Summer!

Last night's dinner: burgers, fresh bi-color corn, fresh squash and peppers on the skewers. Mixed some bread crumbs, mayo, beef rub and Himalayan salt into the ground beef. The skewers are just oiled and seasoned with seasoned salt and black pepper. Simple, tasty and I do love "summer food"!!
