Got the egg for my 30th. I made these a couple weeks back but they were my first and delicious. Next time I will lay off the brown sugar and honey...little sweet for my taste. The finished project didn't look pretty but dang they were gooood.

See no problems. Rib please.... Where are you?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Yep, LBGE. I didn't buy a rib rack, just used our turkey rack from thanksgiving. It's basically the same thing as the rib rack, just turn it upside down.Dallas, TX
