Baby Backs, Corn Bread, and Cobbler ( pic heavy)

So...had some family coming for dinner last night. Decided on baby backs. Coated two with mustard and DP Swamp Venom on the bone side, and Dizzy Dust on the meat side. Did the other two with mustard and Mickey's Coffee Rub. Decided to do turbo. Cooked at 375* indirect for two hours on my homemade two tier rig (until my R & B AR arrives). Put apple juice and cider vinegar in the drip pan. Had a little cole slaw, rosemary potatoes, and sweet cornbread on the side. Finished up with a blueberry cobbler on the egg. Cooked at 425* indirect. Everything turned out damn good! Family gave two thumbs up.

Looks fantastic! Here are a couple of extra thumbs for your efforts :-bd---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada

Here's the recipe I used: Honey Moist Cornbread: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup yellow or white cornmeal 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup Half & Half 1/4 cup Butter, melted 1/4 cup honey 2 Eggs, slightly beaten Heat oven to 400°F. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl. Stir in all remaining ingredients just until moistened. Pour into greased 8- or 9-inch square baking pan. Bake 18-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.GWN
