I bought my LBGE about 6 weeks ago and got on this forum about the same time. I have been using a Weber kettle, King Griller, Weber Gasser over about the last 20 yrs. This forum is amazing ! I want to thank everyone for all the ideas, insight and support. I never knew or thought of the different ways of cooking and the different items that could be cooked. I have only done the basics in my past. With the insight and ideas on here, my eyes have been opened and the BGE is becoming the way to cook of choice around my house. The only drawback so far has been that my better half hasn't got to use her new stove and the Weber Gasser that she bought me a couple years ago, has really accumulated a lot of dust since buying the BGE.

Welcome to the lifestyle!Funny... Mrs. TOTN never complains about not getting to use "her" stove or oven!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada
