Had the LBGE running @ 250* all day doing a Montreal Smoked Meat (that we will eat tomorrow). Pulled the PS and got her up to 350* to do some wings & brisket sausages for dinner. Had an extra chicken breast so threw that on too! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!image

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
