Dinner last night (part 2)

I'm down at our winter retreat in Naples to do a few things. My wife was unable to come this time so I'm cooking for myself. We have an Acorn jr grill that I purchased last year. It isn't a green egg but makes a very reasonable substitute!
Last night - pork chop (135 degrees), brown rice and quinoa, fresh organic asparagus and some artichoke salad.
In the bush just East of Cambridge,Ontario

Impressive cook and plating. I saw Acorn Jr. at GTA Wally for $198, can't compare to an egg but looks decent/capable, can't go wrong at that price.canuckland
