I made stuffed peppers tonight

I had some ground brisket flat in the freezer. Browned with some taco seasoning and onions. Stuffed a couple peppers with it, cream cheese and mexican shredded cheese. Cooked on the egg at 400 for 45min.  Added taco sauce and ate it.  Yum! Great Friday night dinner, and something a little different than normal.imageimageimageimageimageimage
