First Homemade Pizza Cook

Last Sunday was my first attempt at making homemade dough and pizza cook. While I can honestly say that I don't think the dough process went as planned (the rise process was slow and needed a boost) the finished product turned out great!
Both my wife and son were amazed at how much better the crust tasted than your average mass produced pizza.
I have to agree. However, what I think can be approved is the density of the dough. I felt it was a little dense if that makes sense.
I made three pies and I think my son ate two of them the next day while we were at work

So many different ways to do pizza... yours look great!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada
