40 lb of butt off the egg for Sunday's pulled pork at our church picnic.

Without the taste and smell...folks just can't understand !!!! 9 hrs at 300 degrees !!!!!! It just don't get any better than this !!!!!

Thanks to all you folks here that taught me to cook !!!! You are truly always greatly appreciated, and I am eternally grateful !!!!!

    Now I guess you can tell that I am excited !!!! I forgot to add the pics !!!!! Oh yeah, I did have a couple racks of baby backs and a couple of bananas while waiting for the butts to finish !!!!!

    I can't speak for what he did with his banana but looks close to what I do. Slice the banana and either cut up caramel candy or just butter and brown sugar in the slice and wrap in foil and either just toss on the grill or strait in the coals. Cook about 15 mm or so toll all caramel has melted and enjoy. Also great when camping and just have a campfire to use.
