In the end, we are always thinking of the leftovers. I know it isn't the Italian way, but we like the noodles to absorb the sauce.
XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

@Doc_Eggerton what internal temp do you take your Italian sausage off the grill? I was making sausage, peppers and onion on a roll last night and realized I usually cook to sight. I pulled them at 200 but I think. I could go lower, like 175?XL BGE; Medium BGE; L BGE

Sausages are a meal where I don't monitor the temp. If they look done, and our leaking clear fat they are done.
