Got my little chicken in the brine for 12-24 hours. Cooking Thursday seasoned with DP Tsunami Spin. Raised 400 direct.

I took a recipe I found and added some goodies to it.

Did a spatchcock tonight with tsunami also did not brine though. This will def be my go to DP for spatchcock now. Probably best chicken I've made2 LBGE
