What I bought it for. 2 racks beef , 3 st louis style. Rotated a few times. Bought the AR before family arrived , knew it would serve its purpose.

I'll look for that. Nice to know of a mass produced rub that works well.

The rub was very good and @ 1.99 a steal. I mustard and brown sugar then add the rub.Seattle, WA

+1 on the Trader Joes rub. Used it on a spatchcocked chicken Saturday cooked high in the dome on AR. I overcooked it by 15 degrees and still came out delicious.Mamaroneck
