First Day of Summer Pizza

Options
Realized we had not had pizza in well over a month so, decided to do a couple last night. I make a whole-wheat flour pizza dough that produces a thin crust with a little crunch to it. First pie had some home hot sausage, mushrooms, red onion and black olives. Second one had the same plus artichoke hearts and some cowboy candy. This was a wonderful meal to close out the first day of summer.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

I can't make pizza to save my life. You gonna have to help me out my friend. That's picture perfect.

Thanks @SGH; and, for the record, I'm not convinced that you can't make pizza.

I give you my word brother I stink at it. I can cook most any meat there is but I fall short with pizza. That's the honest truth my friend . Just never have tried it until recently.

Let me clarify. I do fine cooking a premade pizza. It's the dough making that always flops. A poor dough equals a poor pizza.

@SGH, I'm sure it won't take you long to get it dialed in. There seems to be no end to the different methods and styles available for making pizza; just have to figure out what you like and go with that.
