Tuesday nite pork chops

Nothing fancy. Had half a loin left that had to be cooked. Cut thick chops, seasoned with fiesta season it all and a little pineapple head then raised direct at 450. Wife LOVED them. We didn't even plate and eat. We just stood in kitchen eating off cutting board.

Harvest foods has had whole pork loins on sale. I've used one for canadian bacon then another for chops and froze two more.
