Tuesday nite pork chops

Options
Nothing fancy. Had half a loin left that had to be cooked. Cut thick chops, seasoned with fiesta season it all and a little pineapple head then raised direct at 450. Wife LOVED them. We didn't even plate and eat. We just stood in kitchen eating off cutting board.
