8 lber but I cut it about 5/3. Melted butter and threw a bunch of whatever in it.. coated the roast, then kosher salt and pepper. Sliced the small roast for sammies. Pulled at 125. Fried squash and potato casserole.
Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN
