Received a couple of bottles of Sriracha in a gift bag for Father's Day. The original and an Asian inspired one was included.

I have seen a lot of threads and recipes in the forums with Sriracha but would be curious to see your favorite uses of this magic sauce.

As far as uses its great on a lot. Soup, noodles, wings, burgers, chicken, sausage, etc.

mix with greek yogurt. makes a good dipping sauce, believe it or not.

Marinate shrimp in sriracha and then grill with honey glaze.

2:2:1 of mayo, sriracha, and Dijon mustard. Awesome dipping sauce, good on burgers too. If u really want awesome, grind up some pickles in it and it's the worlds best 1000 island dressing!
