finished up a brisket i put on last night……i had a little fun and threw it in a box to see if i could make it look decent. very moist and tender….but i think i cam improve the flavor next time! big props the BBQ guru digi Q……after i put the brisket on last night i went to bed and woke up at 6am this morning and everything had performed as it should! nice to cook and sleep at the same time! lol
gettin lucky in kentucky! 2 XL eggs!
