Correcting a stupid lid gap

Hi, all.

No doubt this is a common problem, but I just replaced my gasket and the damn lid won't true with the bottom section of the Egg in the front. Back is fine, but the gap in front is a good 1/32 inch.

Tried playing with the nuts and bolts on and around the hinge, but I'm obviously doing it wrong.

If a more mechanically-inclined egghead might be of assistance, I'd be grateful.

I've watched this video 20 times and my egg is more screwed up than ever. I now have a slight back to front slant. and after I seemingly get it lined up once I tighten it, it re-adjusts and is off again. UGH!
