What's the best way to cook a 9.8lb pork butt (bone in)?

On your egg...Kidding (kind of). 250-275 degrees indirect until internal is somewhere between 190-200 (when it feels like butter). Throw in your favorite wood chips and slather it up with a good dry rub. Expect a stall around 160 degrees and make sure you have enough beer to get you through it. Make sure to put a drip pan underneath it, with some balled up aluminum foil under all 4 corners, so you don't wind up with a mess.Large BGE

I fill my drip pan with about half a box of Kosher Salt to soak up the drippings and keep them from burning.
