2-2-1 turbo ribs

We cook our BB ribs the same way every time and they come out so delicious.  The only variations I make are to the rubs or the pre rub glaze.  They go on a 250-350 LGE for 2 hours bone down, then flip for 2 hours bone up, then a final 1 hour wrapped.  For this particular cook, I pre rubbed with a honey, molasses and horseradish mustard mix, 1/2 c, 1/3c, and 2 tbsp.  Then I used a basic BBQ rub, found in the BGE cookbook.  I prefer fall off the bone ribs, but hey, to each his own!  As long as you enjoy your food with friends and family.  What else is better?  I'll post more pics as they cook.image
