@Lit - congratulations. I'm fine with not getting anything for Father's Day, and donate any good karma coming my way to your little one instead.

A new wireless dual probe thermometer.

I'm debating on what to cook.  Short Ribs, Tri-Tip, or Meatloaf?

I've got a whiskey-mustard Short Rib recipe I'm working on.
I've never cooked a Tri-Tip myself, but have eaten many at potluck BBQ's at work where someone else was running the BBQ.  I want to try a smoke, then reverse sear.
And another topic has me wanting to try my Meatloaf recipe slightly modified for cooking on the EGG.

I received this as an early present this past weekend.

I spent all weekend experimenting with new "concoctions"

That's a great blender. I got my wife one for Christmas a few years back. Be sure to take it apart completely every time. :)

Us "boys" have an AM tee time and ladies will be doing up a bunch of different seafood for after.  Can't ask for anything more except a little quality time with the grand kids.
