Saturday Beef Back Ribs

Well that was fun...

Anyway, back to more egg related issues...

Doing 4 racks of beef back ribs today... Membranes removed, along with a bit of thumb, and rubbed with Bad Byron's. Going with oak, indirect at around 225 grid till the ribs are around 190 or so, maybe higher. Having them with some great potato salad from Wegman's and some baked beans.
