First Rib roast on egg

Well, I finally got around to doing my first Rib roast on the egg. I've done many before in the oven but hadn't so far on the egg.
I rubbed it with a paste of rosemary, garlic, S&P, and EVOO about 6 hrs prior to cooking.
I cooked indirect at 275 for about 2-2 1/4 hrs to an internal of 120. I pulled it and tented while I removed the platesetter and bumped it up to 650.
Seared it for about a minute on each side and then let it rest for another 15-20 minutes while we watched the Belmont Stakes.
Turned out good. Can't wait to do another.

1st is prior to sear. 2nd is after sear. 3rd is plated.
