I found some alder planks on closeout the other day. I have never planked anything. Does anyone have any favorite cooks that you would use these for? I bought a 4-pack them for $2.99 in hopes of expanding my skill set.
I have googled some recipes but I trust you guys/gals and your experience more. Thanks!

This works very well with a plank.
You will love the crunch provided by the bread crumbs and the tang from the Dijon. Monitor it to get your favorite degree of doneness.

One of my favorites is just salmon fillets with salt & pepper, then serve with a sauce of 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 Tblspn honey, and one minced chipotle pepper, mixed thoroughly._____________
