Doing another wok cook tonight at the ladies request...
Chicken and broccoli lo mien. Tomorrow I'm going to some beef back ribs low n slow and possible some hot Italian pork sausages as well. I might even do some more s'mores cones.

Sipping some iced green tea with Titos and having a stick enjoying this awesome weather!!!

What can I say brother other than WOW!! That is mouth watering. You may want to work on your photography skills. The pictures look like they were took with a Polaroid.

Awesome fire and stir fry.... I haven't seen a spider yet so I'll have to check it out sometime in future... For now I've got way too much learning ahead of me....

They are organic lo mien noodles that I got at Wegmans in the Asian isle. You cook them like pasta, in boiling water for about 3 min. Then I drain them and toss them in a bowl with some sesame oil to keep them from sticking. Put them in the fridge until I'm ready for doing the stir fry
