Hi all. Future new egger here. I am headed to the eggfest in Santa Clara next week to pick up my demo large, and enjoy the day.
This is my fathers day present from my wife and daughter...I'm a lucky man. The best part...I had never even heard of the BGE until my wife told me that she wanted to go the the Eggfest and buy me one. Awesome woman.
Smitty at Eggs by the Bay really helped us figure out what we need and answered tons of questions over email.
I'm super stoked to pick this thing up, and looking forward to meeting some locals.
I've been lurking here for over a month reading up and think my first cook will be turbo ribs.
Anyone else going?
