Wife wants Bubba burgers... so that's happening for dinner tonight. I am also going to do some wings and for dessert something called a Campfire Cone.

Picked up 3 corned beefs that were on sale and going to do them low n slow with oak.

I've tried each of the specialty versions. But, find myself with the Angus ones most of the time also.

For an interesting twist, try them with cheese, sweet BBQ sauce, grilled onion, and Bread and Butter pickles.

I love doing corned beefs on the egg. I rub it with a pastami seasoning and cook them as low as posssible. Out of this world.

Its Wegmans basting oil with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

No pics and on a Weber Kettle, but a pork tenderloin. Hubby didn't care for it. While he loves Baby Back Ribs, not so much on the tenderloin. So threw on some burgers and dogs. Next weekend, I'll hopefully using the LGE!!

Looks good Hap. My family really like Bubba burgers -just be sure not to get Boca burgers by mistake. Also got to love campfire cones - I'll be making a mini version for the upcoming Eggfest here in Central PA.

I'm doing them without the foil, in small wafer cones. Will probably do a test run Sunday to make sure they are ok for the fest, which will just be samples. Will post if I get to them.
