(and the shipping was awesome) ;);)[p]I hadn't tried the Swamp Venom before, and it turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for.
I'm looking forward to a long cook with the Jamaican Firewalk, since I relly like hot jerk,
I'm just waiting to find the right food combination.[p]I tried your new lemon pepper with some VERY fresh Ahi steaks. the family thought it turned
out great. Really enjoyable. But I thought that particular trial was too predictable (my fault), so
I'm waiting for a little better inspiration to try the rest. I'm thinking maybe a scampi mushroom
vegi skewer... got better ideas or what do you think?[p]Thanks again... and oh shucks, another weekend!

    Very cool. Glad the suff made it out to the top left coast! So far I've tried scallops, chicken, steaks, shrimp and tater slices with the beta lemon peppa. We think it might end up being our most versatile offering when it comes out.[p]Your vegi/shroom skewers sound perfect. I am thinkin about some wings with it today.[p]Thanks for the report!
