Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

Let's give a big cheer for new egger, Jackie!!!

Join me to welcome Jackie, owner of Fairchilds in Dunlap, IL who recently became an egger. She has taken to it like a duck to water!

Welcome, Jackie! We need more women on the forum. (Although it is a fascinating study of the mind of the male).[p]Barbara

  • RRP,
Welcome Jackie. Congratulations. You made a wise purchase, one you will enjoy the rest of your life. Being an Egghead is special and you will come to know just how special as you become more experienced at cooking on the Egg. Friends and family will want to keep you happy because you will be the new source of great food. Don't hesitate to ask for help on the Forum. We all went through being a newbie and even years later we are still asking for advice. [p]Spring "The Missing Link" Chicken

  • Welcome Jackie,
I'm another Peoria Egger - only recently since this summer. I can say this website is a wealth of information and RRP has had some great advice and recommendations for me too.
Good luck and welcome to the family.

    RRP,
Welcome aboard, Jackie. As has been said, we need more females on this forum. The ones already here are very much appreciated. I don't know if it is a Venus vs Mars thing but they seem to offer a wider variety of input than just ribs, ABT's, and pulled pork. (IMHO) No offense guys but we can use the help.
