I have turbo'd a 9 1/2lber and it took 7 1/2 at the temps you mentioned. Each chunk of meat has a mind of its own so you timing doesn't sound to far off. All that matters is the end result. How'd it turn out? Any pics??

I would add that if I am using turbo method I try to stay around 7-8lbs.

That seems way too long IMHO. I think you should check the calibration of your dome thermometer. Thursday I egged an 8 pounder at 350 in just 5 hours and even my Thermapen confirmed that butt was 205!
