I have wanted to try this for a long time, today's the day! De-boned and stuffed with steamed spinach, feta and bruschetta and then lightly dusted with rub. I ran out of twine so hopefully this thing doesn't fall apart on me. Time for some yardwork and then listen to the Jay's game, enjoy some cold ones and get the egg fired up! Finished pics to follow later, enjoy your Sunday everyone.

Just remember without the bones it cooks faster. Likely 30 minutes or so at 350 or above.Marietta, East Cobb, GA

It's on, albeit with a small "leak". Smells awesome. Did a 5 minute sear direct and now cooking indirect until done.
