    I feel so inadequate, my grandkids got hot dogs - I did use the egg, but they got hot dogs. As they are all under 7 years old, I'm not looking forward to the day when they know the difference between a well cooked meal and "tube steaks".

    Pulled them off after 9 1/2 hr. 225 til stall then bumped it to 325. No foil ( way to go in future). Bone pulled out clean. Time to pull it and off to the party.
