I did porterhouse (1-1/2") simple new 5-pepper blend (green, white, pink, black peppercorn plus mustard seed) Very Nice!!!We got ~180lbs of steaks, roasts, hamburger for $3.18/lb

Don't hate on the natty! Happens to be my choice of light beers. IPA would have been dogfish 90! Bourbon, makers. Etc.
Everything was great, and even had a glass of cab following the natty!
