Burgers - 2 ways!

Mother's Day was going to be a brisket, however was out of town and didn't get back in time to secure the beast so went with another favorite of the wife's which is was she is dubbing an "Urban Cowboy Burger". Ground chuck with a little Chicago steak  seasoning, topped with mild freshly grated cheddar, bbq sauce, French's Fried Onions, homade guacamole and placed on a toasted pretzel bun.

Cooked on the small around 500 raised direct.

Then onto the second burger, which was Blacking seasoning and Maytag blue cheese, topped with French's onions on a toasted pretzel bun.
