    Looks great and it has beans too the way all real chilli should.   :))

    Not to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol is a solution...

    Beans are ok in Turkey Chili, but in Venison chili is a big no no.

     That does look like some damn good chili that I could mow through.

    So if anyone is interested I used four thighs for the meat and four pounds of ground. There are eight jalapenos in there. I add coconut milk to the stock after the meat cooks. A bunch of fresh herbs. I thicken the sauce by blending beans and coconut milk, about equal parts. Two teaspoons of the Indian white chili pepper. Six cloves of garlic too.
