Just got my XL setup a week ago and used last weekend to break it in: Friday just some brats to learn the temp controls image they turned out great image followed by tandoori spatchcock chicken on Saturday (DP Bombay) and sone help from one of my grilling buddies imageimage On Sunday started with a Turkey breast for lunch image and finished the day with Steak and roasted potatoes (CI) image This weekend started with some burgers, grilled bacon and corn on saturday (no pics, sorry) and my first low and slow today for mothersday, some St. Louis ribs image and 6 hours later image Thanks for looking!
