Saturday Fish & Mothers Day Cook

Inspired by @Mickey fish from yesterday I decided to try something I've wanted to do for a while... Grilling a whole fish!

So I picked up 3 whole Branzino that have been gutted and cleaned. I am going to stuff them with lemon and herbs and grill them direct at about 400 till the IT is 145. The fish guy assured me that it would be easy to basically remove the head and bones all at once. I have my doubts about that... But I did get a pack of Hebrew Nationals just in case ;) Going to make a mango and cucumber salad to go with it...

For mother's day... Going with some Watermelon salsa as an app, followed by a couple of London Broils and a batch of the company potatoes...
