Bayouish Chicken on the Mini

I've loved DP Bayouish in my cast iron pan, and tonight tried it on the Mini. Jacarded boneless skinless chicken breasts, 450ish on a raised grid. This stuff is really good

Beautiful breast of yardbird. Nice job. Gotta get me some of that Bayouish. The sample they sent me was gone pretty quick.

Not much of a "recipe", just boned and skinned chicken breasts, dusted moderately with Dizzy Pig Bayouish, then tenderized with a Jaccard tool, which also gets some of the rub into the meat, then cooked on a raised grid on the Mini at 450ish until done.qprhooligan said:Looks good, got a recipe? -
