Should I try Mickey's rub with Creole injected spatch?
Hey guys, I inject my spatchcock chickens with this http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/123175/creole-butter-recipe
and usually then coat with Raising the Steaks (which is an amazing combo) but I'm out of it and chicken is cooking tonight and I've been waiting to try Mickey's rub - do you guys think that'll be an OK combo? i can go get some raising the steaks, it's just a 25 minute ride each way.
