Opened the package to find two well marveled racks. Dusted them with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic salt. Going indirect at 225-250 and then going up to 300... Oak chunks and cherry chips for smoke...

Looks great as always Hap! That Mint Julip without the mint and julip looks almost as good as the ribs do.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
