Did the burgers direct at regular grid height and the dome around 525.
Pulled them around 140 and they were very juicy and tasty! Simple but oh so good!
Now finally enjoying a stick and some Bulleit while I listen to to Tigers and KC

I love the "just because" reason. Its 100 degrees here in Cali today. Ive been doing alot of beef ribs lately. Simple salt and pepper. They are addicting. We have a butcher that sells nice ones for 3.69 lb. Have a great weekend. I always look foward to your pics
