Fried Oysters and Shrimp on the Mini BGE (pix)

Thanks to @Mickey for the inspiration.  :)  Here is HIS LINK...

Shrimp in the front and Oysters in the back.  Seasoned with Sea Salt, Cracked Pepper and Cayenne Pepper.  Then dredged in Flour, Egg Wash and Panko Bread Crumbs.  Fried up at around a 375 deg f temp for just a couple of minutes per side.

And the meal.  Fried Shrimp, Fried Oysters, Cocktail Sauce, Roasted Potatoes, Paula Dean's Stovetop Mac n Cheese and Corn on the Cob.

My only way to fry from now on...  Very, very easy to regulate the temperature and no stinking up the house.  :)  Plus, it's always more enjoyable to cook outside as well as eating dinner at the patio table.  :)
