Lid Stopped Closing Properly on LBGE

iI've had my Egg for several years now.  About 3-4 years ago I replaced the gaskets with the ones that actually work and have not had to do any real maintenance on it since.  Recently I noticed a different feel when I went to close the lid.  And last night after closing all the vents for a cool down.. 4-5 hours later I'm still at close to 300F.  Looked closer today and there about a 1/16" around most of where the lid meets the base... except for toward the back and very left.

I'm about to go loosen and re-tighten all the bolts around the band, but thought I'd check in with the brain trust here first.  All ideas and suggestions are welcome.
