The only thing better than steak on the grill... steak on a plate!  The missus picked up a couple of bone in rib eyes.  My only instructions were get whatever looks good to grill.  Oh yeah, she's a keeper. :)  Simple compound butter, asparagus, and a salad.  That's about as good as it gets!

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    I noticed you used the CI grate. Have you tried a CI skillet? I just used my CI grate for the same thing I was underwhelmed and annoyed with the maintenance. Seems like a skillet is easier to maintain. I suppose I should keep trying.

    @pretzel I haven't tried the cast iron skillet on the grill, but it is my go to in the house. All I really do with the grate is pre-heat, brush it with a wire brush, and occasionally rub with bacon grease. I think its required for great grill marks.
