We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Stuffed Peppers - First Time! (Pic Heavy

;I sauteed some pork sausage, baby bella shrooms, onions, onions, sub-dried tomates, spinach & goat cheese. I stuffed all of the pepper, placed them inside a CI skillet and grilled them direct at 400F for approx 25 minutes. Everyone LOVED them!
