<p />Went in at 10:00 PM last night took out at 4:30 PM today. Stayed at 250 all night and took it down to 230 later. Added guava wood chunks and BGE lump/kingsford mix. Meat got up to 199 at the end. Wrapped in foil and towel in empty cooler for another hour. Could barely pick it up it was falling apart.[p]Went to sleep and didn't have to mess with it. Amazing smoker![p]I have to thank the archives for most of the info I needed. good resource.[p]Aloha![p]Greg
