Sunday at The Masters. What are you cooking, and who you got winning?

Watch out for Lee Westwood. I'd like to see Spieth or Bubba win it, but I think Westy is crouching in the field ready to pounce.

My grandmother is cooking a lasagna for the fam, so no egging for me today.

Hoping Spieth can keep it together.  Makes for a great story.  I will be keeping track from my cell phone since we are heading into the Bronx today for the Yankee / Red Sox game tonight.  But have to stop at Arthur Ave. for a nice dinner first.

    I'm rooting for Freddie...

Mom is coming for dinner... She turns 83 on Tuesday so we are doing some corn on the cob, asparagus, and some prime filets with a mushroom & red wine sauce. Followed by some dutch oven peach cobbler.

I am planning on indulging all day... no work this week as Spring Break continues :)

Ribs today. Love to see spieth win, but secretly pulling for westy since he is leading my fantasy team.

  • He's a long shot but, I'd love to see Freddie win it. Otherwise, would enjoy watching Spieth make history.

Putting some ribs on laster for dinner tonight.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

I would like to see Freddie do it too @hapster‌ @TexanOfTheNorth‌. I just think it's not realistic. He'd have to channel his inner '86 Jack and find some magic. I do love how he's always up top in Augusta, but I think -9 wins the tourney.

  • i'm going w/ spieth or kuchar. i think kuchar may finally pull off a final round after all the chokes recently. it's cold and sleeting here in denver with no end in sight, so no egging today.

@Supercilious_In_5280‌ Kuchar is a good pick. Hopefully he learned from his meltdown last year. @hapster hates Kuchar so I didn't want to start any fighting on a Sunday. Wouldn't be very church-like.

I picked Kuchar before the tournament so I'll stick with him.  That said, I am really pulling for Jordan or hoping that Couples can make a historic run.  What a story either of those would be.

Probably do some hanger steak fajitas this evening after the tournament.  During the tournament, it's buddies and beer in my garage watching the event.

Spare ribs are on. Trying water in the drip pan, not sure why, never have before.

Just oven roasted with spice half the almonds I cold smoked 2 weeks ago. The other half are in the crock pot with sugar/cinnamon.

As far as the masters, no idea, don't follow golf. But I will be streaming the Phillies game to my iPad while I sit on the deck. This is some awesome weather in PA, it might hit 80* today.imageimageimageimage

My heart says Freddie. He has been my guy all the way back to the Lynx days. Speith would be a great story. Kutch would be nice to see in green. Love how he always is smiling good or bad. I hope Bubba chokes. Can't stand him

@chris wang his overly boisterous antics at the last Ryder cup or may have been the Presidents, golf is a gentleman's game and he wasnt very gentlmanly. nothing wrong with jubilation but he was over the top. Also his last outburst at his caddy when he hit a bad shot. I am sure you know that story.

Lasagna on the egg, baked mac and cheese on the egg, I have had great results with both.

Last night/ Today, I have a 15# Brisket, Chicken, and Smoked sausage BBQ going. As far as golf, I don't really follow it like I do my Detroit Tigers/Wings/Lions, but I have always been a far of Mickelson.

I'm hoping Spieth can pull it off. I like the fact that he refers to Ben and Jack as Mr. Crenshaw and Mr. Nicklaus. Plus he has a sense of humor. Saw an interview earlier where he said he was going to call Bubba Mr. Watson, just to mess with his head. :)

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Medium, and XL eggs in Galloway NJ.  Just outside of Atlantic City.
  • Pullin for fellow leftie Bubba but would also be happy if Kuchar does it.

Looks like mahi-mahi if I can find a good piece, otherwise swordfish or tuna.

    Cheers!
