Dammit if it isn't snow its ice...we can't even get a head of good lettuce due to record ice conditions this year in the gulf of St.Lawrence.We get all our food etc via Marine Atlantic ferry and they have been tied up due to record ice not seen in 20 years or more which is greater than 8 ft thick in places and the store shelves are bare:(
So happy my week of nights are over at work and I'm celebrating with some baby backs and a few beer!!!
Planning on some wings tomorow night.....anyone got a good wing sauce they care to share??

My two favorites for wings are Steven Raichlen's piri piri wings and the Jalamango Lime wings.

They would both be pretty spicy for kids. You could adjust the heat level in both fairly easily though. If you can find a mild hot sauce, the piri piri recipe might be the way to go if you want to scale back the heat. You don't need to use piri piri hot sauce if you can't find it. I've used crystals several times with great results.
